Blei of Columbia University's Department of Statistics and Hanna Wallach of Microsoft Research titled "Poisson-Randomized Gamma Dynamical Systems" and published at the 33rd Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS 2019) in Vancouver, Canada explores the Poisson-randomized gamma dynamical system model using GDELT as one of its test cases.
