We're excited to announce that the Global Difference Graph (GDG) is the first GDELT core system to be running on the new GDELT 3.0 infrastructure! While various experimental pieces of the new GDELT 3.0 infrastructure have been used to support both the Global Difference Graph and the Visual Global Knowledge Graph, the GDG is now the first core GDELT system to transition over to the newly launched production GDELT 3.0 infrastructure! You won't notice any changes to the dataset itself, but under the hood the new GDELT 3.0 infrastructure opens the door to an incredible wealth of new capabilities we're just starting to explore, so stay tuned!
