Since the Lincoln Project was founded in late 2019, MSNBC has mentioned it 1,064 times, compared with 159 times on CNN and 146 times on Fox News. Since accusations of sexual harassment surfaced against one of its cofounders in January 2021, only Fox News has covered the accusations. MSNBC has continued to cover the organization, but has to date ignored the allegations, instead focusing on the organization's anti-Trump efforts.
