In the early days of Covid-19's spread this year, CNN, MSNBC and Fox News all used the word "pandemic" in roughly equal amounts, but by May Fox News was beginning to mention it slightly less. In the aftermath of the George Floyd protests, CNN and MSNBC continued to use the word roughly equally, but Fox News began to mention it considerably less. Since the start of October, all three channels are now stratified in their use, with CNN mentioning it the most, followed by MSNBC and finally Fox News.
