Earlier this week we examined how Venezuelan television broke the story of US operations in the country. Interestingly, a closer look at both Globovision and teleSUR shows they both broke into their programming at precisely 3:30:48AM local time with the same prerecorded video message showing a scrolling statement. Look carefully and you can even see the controls for the video player at the top of the screen.
