One of the most striking aspects of Russian television is the combination of Hollywood production values for the sets and their vibrant technicolor color schemes, often with the Russian flag colors heavily represented. For example, the image at the top of this post is from Channel One's "Podcasts" series with a signature nested-box stage with the entire rear wall being a screen. Russia 1's "60 Minutes" has perhaps the most distinctive and elaborate set, while shows like "Antifake" make extensive use of specific color schemes such as "Matrix" green, complete with a pixelated green binary background.
