The entire January 1, 2019 – present classic Global Entity Graph (GEG) G1 baseline dataset has been updated to include the new "lang", "nameNorm" and "wikipediaEntry" fields announced earlier this week. Both the downloadable JSON files and the BigQuery "gdelt-bq:gdeltv2.geg_g1" table have been updated with these new fields and they are included in the live 15-minute updates from here forward.

We are tremendously excited to see what you're able to do with these new fields, especially the Wikipedia normalization!
