To explore how well our automated transcription + translation workflow would work on Persian-language Iranian broadcasts, we selected an Iran International broadcast from today and ran it through our existing Google Speech-to-Text API -> Translation API workflow.
You can see the initial Persian transcription below, complete with the captioning overlay.
Once the broadcast completes the translation stage of the workflow, the Visual Explorer display updates accordingly to a fully translated version:
