Mentions of "experts" have maintained a fairly consistent baseline on television news over the past decade and a half, with periods of elevated mentions, including 2011-2014 and Covid. Interestingly, mentions on CNN have been noticeably elevated since late 2023, but not on MSNBC/MSNOW or Fox News.
