Impeachment coverage trended down over the past month, though has been rebounding since January 4th. Mentions of Iran hit a high of 37.5% of the combined airtime of CNN, MSNBC and Fox News on January 8th. Interestingly, that day impeachment was actually displaced, decreasing by 3.5 times from the previous day as the Iran story took over the airwaves.
