We were incredibly honored to present an overview of GDELT today on the GEOINT Foreward Panel on Human Geography at GEOINT 2013/2014, alongside Geographer of the United States Dr Lee Schwartz (Department of State), Mike Williams (US Central Command), and Brian Hagan (National Geospatial Intelligence Agency).  We were unable to be there in person, so Mike Williams graciously presented on our behalf.  It was a tremendous honor to have GDELT featured on such an incredible panel and we are incredibly excited to continue to reach new audiences!
