Just over a year and a half ago we debuted a simple visualization tool that allows you to visualize basic trends on how different keywords are being mentioned on major television networks monitored by the Internet Archive's Television News Archive. While this tool is a bit dated by the standards of our latest television visualizations, it nevertheless offers a number of powerful capabilities, especially its ability to generate ngrams of the words appearing most commonly in proximity to mentions of your keyword. Note that this tool operates the the resolution of a SHOW, meaning that it only counts the first mention of your keyword per show – if the keyword is mentioned multiple times during the show, only the first mention is considered. This is very different from 2016 campaign tools, which all operate at the level of the mention.
