Onscreen COVID-19 Death Mentions Drop Since Floyd Protests Though CNN Remains Elevated

CNN has long mentioned COVID-19 deaths far more than its peers, but in the aftermath of the George Floyd protests, BBC, MSNBC and Fox News have sharply curtailed their onscreen textual mentions of death, with even CNN coming in around 25% less than its pre-protest levels.
